1、本工程生活最高日用水量為193 m3/日（開會(huì)時(shí)），其中開會(huì)時(shí)用水量為113 m3/日，汽車用水量46 m3/日，綠化用水量為16 m3/日，不可預(yù)見用水量為18 m3/日，空調(diào)冷卻水補(bǔ)水量約為26 m3/h。
翻譯：The maximum daily living water demand for this project is 193 m3/day (during conference period), in which, 113 m3/d for conference, 46 m3/d for cleaning cars, 16 m3/d for greening purpose, and unpredictable water demand of 18 m3/d, the make-up cooling water for air conditioning is about 26 m3/h.
2、本工程生活給水由三臺(tái)變頻泵供給，枝狀供水。
翻譯：The living water for this project may be supplied in tree-type through three frequency-inverter controlled pumps.
3、本工程殘疾人衛(wèi)生間的衛(wèi)生器具配置光控器，其余衛(wèi)生器具均用銅閥控制。
翻譯：The fixtures for handicapped toilet may be equipped with photoelectric controller, and all other fixtures may be controlled with copper valves.
4、本工程消防設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)為中華人民共和國(guó)頒發(fā)的《建筑設(shè)計(jì)防火規(guī)范》修訂本GBJ16-87 2001年版及當(dāng)?shù)貙?shí)際情況，室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)消火栓系統(tǒng)及自動(dòng)噴水滅火系統(tǒng)。消防系統(tǒng)用水量，室內(nèi)15L/S，室外30L/S；自動(dòng)噴水滅火系統(tǒng)30L/S。本工程消火栓全部為單栓、單龍帶暗裝式。消火栓處設(shè)報(bào)警按扭，屋頂層設(shè)試驗(yàn)消火栓一個(gè)，三層設(shè)置消防水箱，容積為18m3，并設(shè)消防增壓裝置一套。本工程消火栓系統(tǒng)全部為水泵加壓，加壓泵設(shè)在制冷機(jī)房?jī)?nèi)，一備一用，室內(nèi)消火栓下部裝設(shè)手提滅火器，滅火器為磷酸銨鹽（NH3）PO4代號(hào)為MFA2，本工程自動(dòng)噴水滅火系統(tǒng)為濕式自動(dòng)噴水滅火系統(tǒng)，按中Ⅰ危險(xiǎn)級(jí)設(shè)防。濕式自動(dòng)噴水滅系統(tǒng)裝置，除配餐廚房用93°噴頭外，其余均為68℃噴頭，宴會(huì)廳、首腦餐廳采用F1FR-300噴頭，全會(huì)會(huì)場(chǎng)及主休息廳采用隱蔽噴頭，濕式系統(tǒng)加壓泵為二臺(tái)，一備一用，設(shè)在制冷機(jī)房?jī)?nèi)，水流指示器按防火分區(qū)設(shè)置，并設(shè)有信號(hào)閥。室外設(shè)地下式消火栓7處，各消防系統(tǒng)分別設(shè)置水泵結(jié)合器，其中消火栓系統(tǒng)一座，噴淋系統(tǒng)二座。室內(nèi)消防管網(wǎng)為環(huán)狀供水，并在環(huán)狀管網(wǎng)上安裝分段閥門，便于檢修。
翻譯：The fire control design for this project may refer to revised version of GBJ16-87 Codes of Design for Building Fire Control issued in 2001 and combined with local actual conditions, the hydrant system and automatic water-jet extinguishing system adopt the indoor design. The water demand for fire control system is 15L/S indoor and 30L/S outdoor, and 30L/S for automatic water-jet extinguishing system. All hydrants for this project adopt concealed single hydrant and single hose. And the hydrant may be installed with alarm button, and the roof floor shall be equipped with one hydrant for testing; the third floor may be installed with 18m3 fire water tank, and one set of fire water pressurizer. All hydrant systems shall be pressurized through water pump, the pressurizing pumps may be installed in the refrigerator house, one for service and one for standby, under the indoor hydrant, the (NH3)PO4 (code number of MFA2) portable extinguisher shall be installed. The wet-type automatic water-jet extinguishing system may be installed according to requirements of ClassⅠprotection level. Apart from kitchen equipped with 93°sprinkler head, all other wet-type automatic water-jet extinguishing system may adopt 68°sprinkler heads, the banquet hall and special restaurant for senior officers may adopt F1FR-300 nozzle, the plenary meeting place and main retiring hall may adopt concealed nozzle, two wet-type pressurizing pumps, one for service and one for standby, may be installed in refrigerator house, the flowrate indicator may be installed according to the zone division for fire control and equipped with sentinel valve. The outdoor underground hydrants shall be arranged at 7 places, all fire control system shall be equipped with water pump coupling respectively, including one hydrant system, two water-jet systems. The indoor fire water pipeline may adopt the ring-type network and installed the valves in sections, easy to maintain and repair.
