龍?jiān)措娏φ匍_2011年項(xiàng)目前期與工程建設(shè)座談會
3月3日至4日,龍?jiān)措娏瘓F(tuán)股份有限公司召開了2011年項(xiàng)目前期與工程建設(shè)座談會。公司總經(jīng)理謝長軍出席會議并作總結(jié)講話。公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)黃群、田世存、張?jiān)匆煌鱿瘯h并作重要講話。
會議聽取了計(jì)劃發(fā)展部、工程建設(shè)部及所屬單位的工作匯報(bào),對2012年項(xiàng)目前期和工程建設(shè)主要成績和問題進(jìn)行了總結(jié),討論研究了集團(tuán)公司“十二五”發(fā)展規(guī)劃,并對相關(guān)工作提出了新要求。
在項(xiàng)目前期工作方面,謝長軍提出,要緊密關(guān)注“十二五”工作規(guī)劃,優(yōu)化風(fēng)電開發(fā)布局;創(chuàng)新工作思路,自主開發(fā)與收購并舉;憑借潮間帶風(fēng)電開發(fā)優(yōu)勢,加快開發(fā)海上風(fēng)電;加快“走出去”步伐,實(shí)現(xiàn)海外裝機(jī)零的突破;統(tǒng)籌兼顧其他新能源,實(shí)現(xiàn)全面發(fā)展;完善考核與獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)機(jī)制,提高工作積極性;加強(qiáng)體制和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新。
同時(shí),謝長軍對今年的基建工作作出了新的部署:要提前謀劃,實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目均衡投產(chǎn);強(qiáng)化工程安全管理,確保實(shí)現(xiàn)安全目標(biāo);做好資金管理工作,確;ㄙY金;全面實(shí)施精細(xì)化管理,提高工程建設(shè)質(zhì)量;嚴(yán)格控制工程造價(jià),努力降低建設(shè)成本;加強(qiáng)施工現(xiàn)場管理,改善施工現(xiàn)場工作環(huán)境;加大工作協(xié)調(diào)力度,做好工程督導(dǎo);加強(qiáng)外部政策研究,降低企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn);加強(qiáng)隊(duì)伍作風(fēng)建設(shè),促進(jìn)人企和諧發(fā)展。

China Longyuan Power Holds Symposium of 2011 Preliminary Projects and Construction
On March 3rd-4th, China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Limited (China Longyuan Power) held the Symposium of 2011 Preliminary Projects and Construction. Xie Changun, general manager attended it and made a summary speech. Other leaders including Huang Qun, Tian Shicun and Zhang Yuan also took part in the symposium and delivered important speeches.
At the symposium, reports from the Department of Plan and Development, Department of Engineering and Construction, and other affiliated units are presented. It also summarized the major achievements and problems of 2010 preliminary projects and constructions. Meanwhile it discussed the development plan of the group’s “12th Five-year Plan” and proposed new requirements concerning relevant works.
For the preliminary projects, Xie Changjun pointed out that it was imperative to focus on the development plan of “12th Five-year Plan” and optimize the deployment of wind power development; to make innovations in the work idea and combine independent development with acquisition; to accelerate the development of offshore wind power relying on the advantages of the intertidal wind power development; to make breakthrough of the oversea installations through speeding up the “walking out” strategy; to achieve comprehensive development by integrating other new energy resources; to perfect the evaluation and prize system to improve the staff’s enthusiasm; to strengthen the innovations of system and technology.
At the same time, Xie Changjun made a new deployment regarding this year’s infrastructure work. It is imperative to plan in advance so as to realize the balanced production of the projects; to stress the safety management of the constructions so as to ensure the safety objectives; to do a good job of fund management so as to guarantee the infrastructure fund; to fully implement the detailed management so as to improve the quality of the construction; to strictly control the cost of projects so as to lower the construction cost; to strengthen the management of construction sites so as to enhance the work conditions of the construction sites; to fortify the coordination of work so as to supervise and monitor constructions well; to emphasize the study on the external policies so as to reduce the risks of the enterprise; to attach more importance to team building so as to promote the harmonious development of the staff and the enterprise.
The department directors of China Longyuan Power’s Headquarters and duty persons from the affiliated units also attended the symposium. |
